Regardless of the size, make, or model of your EWP access equipment, a rebuild is required once the machine reaches 10 years old to meet National Safety Standards.

Our team are experienced and trusted by companies all over New Zealand to manage height access equipment rebuilds.

What Happens During the elevating work platform Rebuild Process?

  • Disassembly and Sandblasting: The machine is completely stripped down and sandblasted.
  • Weld Inspection and Repair: All critical welds are crack-tested and repaired as necessary.
  • Pins and Bushes Check: Pins and bushes are inspected and replaced if needed
  • Hydraulic and Electrical Systems Check: Both systems are thoroughly checked.
  • Repainting and Reassembly: The machine is repainted and reassembled.
  • Safety Systems Check: All safety systems are verified.

Rebuilt machines are fitted with a Rebuild Plate to document this process.

Once complete, your access equipment is legally certified for another 5 years. They also come with a valid 6-month certification.

All our 10-year major inspections adhere to AS 2550.10 STD and comply with New Zealand’s Current Code of Practice.

Let us take care of your EWP rebuild and ensure your height access equipment is fit for purpose and operates to New Zealand safety standards at all times.
